The Site provides general information about Konnexa Global and our mechanical splicing / rebar coupler products and related services. Content is for informational purposes for construction professionals, contractors, consultants, and project owners.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell, an engineering certification, or project-specific design advice unless confirmed by us in a formal quotation, purchase order, or written agreement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or impair the Site’s operation. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or networks
• Upload malware, scrape the Site aggressively, or overload our infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries
• Use Site content to create competing marketing materials without permission
• Use the Site in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or construction-industry regulations

Forms and contact channels on the Site allow you to request information. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for supply. Any subsequent sale of products or services is governed by our commercial terms, quotations, and order documents issued at that time.

You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it (including project details belonging to your organisation or client).

Specifications, images, dimensions, performance claims, code references (for example IS / ACI mentions), and savings calculator outputs are illustrative and may change as products, standards, or site conditions evolve.

Calculator results are estimates only. Actual steel savings, coupler quantities, and costs depend on structural design, bar schedules, lap lengths specified by the engineer of record, steel rates, coupler pricing, and site practice. Always verify with project drawings and a qualified structural engineer before procurement or installation.

Installation must follow our current installation guidelines, applicable codes, and the project engineer’s specifications.

All trademarks, logos, trade names, product names (including NEX series branding), text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, and software on the Site are owned by Konnexa Global or used under licence. You may view and download content for personal or internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as permitted by law.

The Site may link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Maps, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site’s content and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Konnexa Global and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on Site content.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Site use shall not exceed INR 5,000 (five thousand Indian Rupees), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for proven fraud or wilful misconduct).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Konnexa Global from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with Site use.

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also acknowledge that policy.

We may update Site content or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect material revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply, courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to our right to seek interim relief elsewhere.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use and supersede prior informal understandings on that subject. They do not govern product supply contracts, which are documented separately.
